Heatless Refrigerated Air Dryer
Advanced Moisture Removal for Critical Compressed Air Applications
A Heatless Air Dryer is a highly efficient compressed air drying system designed to remove moisture and achieve extremely low dew points for applications requiring clean and dry compressed air. Unlike refrigerated dryers, heatless air dryers use a desiccant adsorption process to eliminate water vapor from compressed air, making them ideal for industries where moisture-free air is essential. These dryers are widely used in pharmaceutical plants, food processing units, electronics manufacturing, chemical industries, hospitals, laboratories, and other critical industrial applications.
Efficient Desiccant Drying Technology
The heatless air dryer operates using two desiccant-filled towers that work alternately. While one tower dries the compressed air by adsorbing moisture, the other tower undergoes regeneration using a small portion of dry compressed air. This continuous switching process ensures a constant supply of dry air without interrupting operations. The system is capable of achieving very low pressure dew points, making it suitable for sensitive applications where even minimal moisture can affect product quality or equipment performance.
